How much does it cost to use Tel PRO?
General Guidelines for Tel PRO pricing
Tel PRO fees are time-based. That is, our fees are based on how many hours we spend, making calls for your company.
Our computerized telemarketing system puts your prospect's names and phone numbers on-screen for our telemarketing professionals. This system records the outcome of every call made. Tel PRO can even capture a digital recording of every call.
We recommend starting with two 25-hour weeks of telemarketing calls. In this time period, we typically make 450 - 500 outbound calls. Our hourly rate starts at $35 and includes long-distance telephone charges. If more than one phone call is required to get to the right contact, any such follow-up (like an e-mail confirmation) is figured into the hourly rate.
In addition to the hourly charges, a $125 fee covers the cost of developing a phone script in line with the marketing approach for your outbound telemarketing program. A $150 fee covers the cost of uploading your list of names and phone numbers (usually an Excel spreadsheet) into our computer system.
Contracted in advance
You pay us in advance for our services, so we work off a pre-paid retainer.
